Job summary

Coulter Services is seeking a full-time manufacturing operator to operate and maintain mixers, mills, grinders, and palletizers to produce products that meet quality standards.

You will collect samples, monitor tank levels, and input data into computer systems while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and PPE compliance. Interactions with teammates will support continuous improvement and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Mechanical troubleshooting experience preferred for resolving equipment issues.
• Prior production experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
• Clear spoken and written English required, with ability to communicate with team.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and system usage.

Responsibilities
