Job summary

Coulter Services is seeking a full-time Production Operator to operate mixers, mills, and forklifts and to help manufacture products to spec. You will monitor tank levels, input data into computer systems, and uphold strict safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work flexible shifts, including overtime. We value teamwork and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Basic English and computer skills are required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to bend, climb, and work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixers, mills, and forklifts to manufacture products meeting specifications.
• Supervise tank levels and processing steps.
• Input data into computer systems and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety policies.
