• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 7 hours daily.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Requires basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment.
• Work near machines that compress wood by-products.
• Open compression chamber doors and place bags; remove bales.
• Record bale weights and daily activity per company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment.
• Learn and perform standard setups and adjustments.
• Forklift certification required or obtainable.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems.
