Job summary

THRIFT TOWN STORES, LLC is seeking a dependable team member to join our production team. The role focuses on ensuring products are prepared, assembled, inspected, and packaged according to quality and safety standards, while contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

You will follow schedules, assist with packaging, labeling, and distribution preparation, and help maintain quality through inspection and safe equipment use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or related environment is helpful, but not always required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, move, lift, or perform repetitive tasks for extended periods as required by the role.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with assembling, packaging, labeling, and preparing products for distribution.
• Inspect materials and finished products to help maintain quality standards.
• Operate equipment and tools safely in accordance with training and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Report equipment issues, product concerns, or safety hazards to the appropriate team members.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Support inventory handling, material movement, and general production needs as assigned.
