Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in production/warehouse/manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend and perform repetitive tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production activities to meet daily output and quality goals.
• Operate equipment following safety procedures and instructions.
• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Package, label, sort, and prepare products for next stage of processing or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established workflows and team instructions.
• Identify and report production issues, equipment concerns, or safety hazards promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to support production schedules.
