Job summary

MW Components RAF Electronics in Seymour, CT is seeking a Production Associate to support daily manufacturing operations. You will operate equipment, move parts through plating and drying, perform quality inspections, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow SOPs and production records. Experience with ERP/MES systems is a plus; in return you'll receive benefits, on-the-job training, and opportunities for growth.

• Report issues to supervisors and follow SOPs.
