Job summary

RAF Electronics in Seymour, CT is seeking a dependable Production Associate to support daily production operations. You will operate equipment, process parts through plating and drying, perform quality inspections, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

You will follow SOPs, load/unload materials, monitor processes, and report issues to supervisors. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal instructions to perform manufacturing tasks.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team.
• Use basic math and measurement skills in production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and PPE rules.
• Operate equipment and load/unload parts for plating and drying processes.
• Inspect products for quality and report defects.
• Enter production data into ERP/MES systems as required.
