Plastipak Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to operate extrusion and blow-molding equipment in a clean, climate-controlled facility. You will monitor and adjust processes to ensure high-quality plastic containers for consumer brands, while supporting a safety-focused culture.

You will work Nights: 6:30pm-7:00am on a rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule, with pay starting at about $25+ per hour. The role includes quality checks and routine maintenance to meet product specifications.

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Manufacturing Process Technician.
• Experience with extrusion or blow molding preferred.
• Basic hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical/mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.

Mansioni

• Operate extrusion and blow-molding equipment in a climate-controlled environment.
• Monitor and adjust settings (heat, water cooling, hydraulic pressure) to maintain quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform preventative maintenance.

As a Production Technician, you operate equipment to manufacture plastic containers for leading consumer brands. • - Set Schedules : 12-hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, then 4 days is 15 working days a month as a full-time associate!

As a Production Technician, You Will:

• - Operate a variety of top-of-the-line extrusion & blow-molding manufacturing equipment in a clean, safe & climate-controlled environment
• - Monitor equipment, making adjustments to settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure, etc.) to produce high-quality rigid plastic containers
• - Troubleshoot equipment & perform routine preventative maintenance
• - Assure Plastipak customer requirements are met by performing quality checks for specifications, such as bottle weights & dimensions

This Is A Great Fit If You Have:

• - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• - A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Manufacturing Process Technician working with equipment used for high-volume production
• - Working knowledge of extrusion or blow molding equipment is preferred
• - Hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical mechanical basic knowledge
• - Ability to troubleshoot & problem solve

Pay & Shift

• - Nights: 6:30pm-7:00am (3-2-2-3 Schedule)
• - $25+/hr.
