Job description

IPS - AkroFire is seeking a Production Technician (Mold Shop) who will hand mold silicon/neoprene coated fiberglass onto tools according to the specifications of the drawing.

Job Accountabilities

  • Capable of using small hand tools such as hobby knives and scissors throughout the day
  • Using tools to verify output meets standards
  • Maintaining documentation as required throughout the manufacturing process
  • Ability to read drawing and follow work instructions
  • Ability to work well with others to ensure parts are completed in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a clean and F.O.D. free work area
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Specifications

Education: Requires a High School Diploma/GED or combination of relevant education and work experience may be substituted to meet educational requirements only.

Years’ Experience: 0-2years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment or similar preferred
