Sematool Precision Mfg Inc in Santa Clara, CA is seeking reliable, detail-oriented helpers to support multiple production tasks in a small machining shop. Work includes manual polishing and deburring, grinding, assembly, and basic inspection.

Training can be provided, with potential to move into CNC/EDM machining and a Machinist role based on performance. Schedule is part-time, 4-5 days per week, about 4-5 hours per day. Pay is discussed in person and based on experience.

We are a precision manufacturing company located in Santa Clara, CA. We support customers in the semiconductor, aerospace, medical, automotive, and other high-precision industries.

Work may include:

• Manual polishing and deburring
• Grinding
• Assembly
• Basic inspection
• Supporting different production jobs as needed

We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable switching between different tasks. Manufacturing or machine shop experience is a plus, but training can be provided.

Career Growth:

If you are interested in learning CNC or EDM machining, we can provide training. There may also be opportunities to transition into a Machinist position in the future based on performance and interest.

Schedule: Part-time, 4-5 days per week, approximately 4-5 hours per day
