Opta Group is seeking a Production Technician Associate to assist with production operations. The role involves monitoring equipment, operating heavy machinery, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will have previous production experience, be able to work independently and in a team, and manage data effectively. Strong physical capability is required, as the role includes lifting up to 50 lbs.

Training hours are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, shifting to 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Capable of working in a team and independently.
• Capable of following a production report while working independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitors equipment performance and adjusts setups.
• Operates heavy machinery like loaders and forklifts.
• Tracks data associated with production equipment.
• Reports inconsistencies and performs standard repairs.
