Job summary

10x Genomics, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Support role focused on kitting and packaging of consumables in a fast-paced production environment.

You will work with manufacturing engineering on maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment while adhering to SOPs and ERP-driven workflows. The position requires basic manufacturing workflow understanding, strong attention to detail, and good communication in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Associate Degree or higher is required.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) and inventory/work orders.
• Ability to read SOPs and equipment manuals.
• Data entry skills with Excel.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under supervision.
• Lift up to 30 lb and perform repetitive tasks; occasional overtime.
• Interest in growing with a fast-paced life sciences manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute production operations according to defined procedures and ensure product quality.
• Operate and maintain laboratory to clean room standards for Life Science product production.
• Process work orders accurately using an ERP system in a timely manner.
• Maintain production batch records and good documentation.
• Assist in bonding and coating 10x chips using automated or semi-automated equipment.
• Assemble chips into final packaging format using semi-automated equipment.
• Package 10x consumables into finished goods manually and with semi-automated packaging equipment.
• Set up and operate scientific and packaging equipment and perform simple troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive maintenance on lab equipment.
• Provide feedback to improve process quality and efficiency.
