Job summary

Cascade Dafo is hiring a full-time Production Team Member at our Ferndale facility. The shift we are hiring for is Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30am or 8:30am-5:00pm, and may include overtime.

Production Team Members learn core jobs that form the foundation for all other positions in the production departments. We seek applicants with strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to read English and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to work Monday–Friday with overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Able to use hand and electric tools safely and effectively.
• Read and understand English including anatomy terms, colors, and diagrams.
