Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently.
• Willing to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment as trained.
• Follow safety, quality, and SOPs.
• Enter and review production data in computer systems.
• Monitor output, downtime, and quality issues.
• Assist with setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
• Support shipping and other departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
