Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Machine Operator to drive safe and productive operation of industrial equipment. You will lead processes, inspect products, and work with teams to identify causes of defects and implement improvements.

The role requires 1–2 years of operator experience, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts including afternoons or nights. Attendance, safety, and teamwork are essential in our manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of machine operator experience in industrial manufacturing or equivalent required; 3+ preferred.
• Punctual and consistent attendance required.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts or alternate schedules; afternoon or night shifts possible.
• Must work safely in compliance with EHS policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial equipment safely and productively.
• Lead and monitor processes; investigate causes of defects.
• Perform visual inspections of products and adjust procedures as needed.
• Train new hire production associates in manufacturing processes.
• Maintain records and participate in continuous improvement (LEAN) activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers on quality issues.
