Qualifications

• High school or equivalent with mechanical training; packaging/plastics equipment.
• 1–3 years operating packaging/plastics machinery experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions; basic math and measurements.
• Willingness to follow safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Start up production machines and verify set points.
• Operate extrusion/blow mold, injection mold, label, pad printer, and silk-screen machines.
• Conduct quality inspections and document issues; adjust machines as needed.
• Assist with training technicians and provide relief for breaks.
