Carpenter Technology Corporation in Tanner, AL is seeking a Production Technician to operate and rotate through multiple positions on different shifts. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour, with progression to $30.00 per hour based on performance, incentives, and merit within two years.

Responsibilities

• Operate and rotate through multiple positions within a department as needed.
• Operate equipment and own the process for assigned tasks.
• Support lean manufacturing and maintain a safe, cost-effective environment.
• Work safely and collaboratively within a team in a lean setting.
• Operate various mill and handling equipment and monitor control systems.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and support overtime/rotating shifts.
