Production Technician Lead - Columbus

We are seeking a Production Lead to supervise and coordinate activities across multiple high-speed packaging lines. This hands-on role is responsible for providing daily leadership, coaching, and support to production personnel, ensuring operations meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and experienced in leading teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on 3rd shift Monday - Friday 9:00pm - 6:00am. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
