Job summary

QXO is seeking an Industrial Production Associate to support cutting, assembly, and handling of materials in our Dallas manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced setting with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The incumbent will read work orders, measure materials, operate production equipment, and help maintain accurate production records. Weekly pay and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial production or related field.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and tools to cut, shape, and prepare materials according to specifications.
• Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and basic drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Measure, cut, and verify materials using tape measures and other tools.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the production area.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to production and inventory.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe, including end-of-day cleanup.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Support team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
