QXO, Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks an Industrial Production Associate to support manufacturing by cutting, assembling and handling materials in a fast-paced setting.

You will read orders/drawings, measure materials, operate basic equipment, and help maintain safety and organization while meeting daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Able to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Industrial settings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Comfort with hand tools and production equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Operate production equipment to cut, shape, and prepare materials per specs.
• Read work orders and basic drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Measure and verify materials using tape measures and tools.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials.
• Maintain accurate production/inventory documentation.
• Keep stations clean, organized, and safe; follow PPE policies.
• Support team to meet daily production goals.

What you'll do:

The Industrial Production Associate supports manufacturing and production operations by assisting in the cutting, assembly, and handling of materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are produced accurately, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Location: 3912 W. Illinois Ave Dallas, TX 75211

Weekly Pay

Schedule: M-F 6am to 2:30pm - 30 minute lunch

Occasional weekends

Physical construction work

Some equipment operation experience a plus!

• Operate production equipment and tools to cut, shape, and prepare materials according to specifications
• Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and basic drawings to ensure accuracy
• Measure, cut, and verify materials using tape measures and other tools
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the production area
• Maintain accurate documentation related to production and inventory
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe, including end-of-day cleanup
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE
• Support team members to meet daily production goals
• Perform additional duties as needed

What you'll bring:

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accurately
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Industrial
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfort working with hand tools and production equipment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or a related field
• Experience operating saws, cutting equipment, or fabrication machinery
• Familiarity with blueprints or technical drawings
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials (70+ lbs as required)
• Comfortability with working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Comfortability with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures
• Ability to work working indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions if necessary
• Ability to work early mornings, extended hours, or overtime if necessary
