This role emphasizes quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a production environment. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read English documents.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in a manufacturing work environment or relevant college degree.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and safety-conscious mindset.
  • Ability to work with others and take initiative; work autonomously when needed.
  • Intermediate experience with computers/tablets and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Align and secure engine components according to work instructions.
  • Install gaskets, seals, wiring, hoses, covers, and visual components.
  • Ensure parts and materials are defect-free in assembly.
  • Assist in problem-solving and improvement initiatives; escalate issues as needed.
