Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years’ mechanical work experience.
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.
• Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• Experience setting up and operating multiple equipment types.
• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection gauges.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to train operators.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts meeting drawings and specifications.
• Set up and operate assigned equipment.
• Record measurements and complete forms or computer entries.
• Order and maintain tooling, gauges and supplies.
• Train other operators as required.
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly machine inspections.
• Maintain shop floor housekeeping and safety standards.
• Prepare daily production reports and forms.
