Job summary

Air Liquide is hiring a Production Technician III in Lehi, UT, on-site. You will apply safety practices, operate and maintain process equipment, calibrate analyzers, and support plant operations and outages.

Strong technical background, instrumentation knowledge, and hands-on experience with lockout/tagout are essential for success. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years of technical experience, and familiarity with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 4+ years of technical training or operations experience.
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, rotating equipment and piping systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (PSM, EPA, FDA, state/local).
  • Lockout/Tagout methods and energy isolation experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Forklift, man lift and overhead crane experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Follow plant safety rules and company safety policies.
  • Enter maintenance needs into the work order system (Maximo).
  • Perform work per SOPs and safety requirements including LOTO and ISOs.
  • Design lock-out tag-out IDLs for plant work.
  • Calibrate and troubleshoot plant analyzers.
  • Conduct operator rounds, water samples, truck loading, and PMs.
  • Support planned outages and on-call rotations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

On site, manufacturers partner with us for expertise in providing comprehensive support and management of these gases, advanced molecules and equipment and in helping to continuously advance production processes.Job Responsibilities:Demonstrate an overall understanding of plant safety rules, regulations, and company safety policies/procedures.Instill safety in others by being safety minded; models good safety practices.Work safely in all situations.Identify potential maintenance needs; enter them into the work order maintenance management system (Maximo).Perf orm all work in compliance with standard operating and maintenance procedures, utilizing current Life Safety Training skills and safety requirements including safe work permits, energy control isolation and IDLs, confined space entry work, hot work, work plans, pre-job disc ussions, plant safety inspections, etc.Ensure contractors, visitors, co-workers and others comply with company safety policies/procedures.
