Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wells, facilities, and production equipment (separators, pumps, tanks, etc.)
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical, electrical, or operational issues
• Record and report production data, pressures, rates, and anomalies
• Conduct well checks, fluid sampling, and meter readings to support production targets
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permits, and regulatory requirements
• Support interventions, startups, shutdowns, and field optimization efforts
