Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our industrial site operations. You will perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, and support safety observations.

You will monitor equipment performance, contribute to TPM, and drive continuous improvement by updating PM programs and maintenance procedures for reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SH&E standards and complete monthly safety observations.
• Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, welding, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Identify equipment issues and report non-conformances to the Maintenance Team Leader.
• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment performance to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Participate in TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete maintenance tasks on time and recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and PM programs.
