Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Perform assembly tasks per job router specifications.
• Run the job to produce the correct quantity of product.
• Record accurate times on the router for each job performed.
• Conduct quality checks, first-piece and in-process.
• Troubleshoot production issues to meet deadlines.
• Complete cross-training across multiple work areas.
• Maintain production logs and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency.
• Follow safety instructions and work instructions.
