  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Perform assembly tasks as per job router specifications and drawings, adhering to quality standards.
  • Run the job to produce the correct quantity of product.
  • Record accurate times on the router for each job performed.
  • Conduct quality checks, first-piece and in-process, on products at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively to meet production deadlines.
  • Complete cross‑training initiatives across multiple work areas/processes to support production needs across the entire facility.
  • Maintain accurate production logs and documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Follow work instructions for each area of the fabrication department.
  • Follow all safety instructions.
  • Assist in the training of new hires.
  • Report quality problems to supervisor.
  • Follow departmental procedures and recommend improvements as necessary.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the fabrication system.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Need To Succeed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 months of Manufacturing experience and machining.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 8–12 hours per shift).
  • Regularly required to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and products up to 25–50 pounds.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling, assembling, and operating machinery and tools.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and arms.
  • Requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to hear machine sounds, alarms, and verbal instructions in a manufacturing environment.
  • Frequent reaching, stooping, bending, crouching, twisting and climbing to load/unload materials and maintain equipment.
  • Must be able to work in an environment with noise, vibration, and varying temperatures, while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Salary ranges for this position are determined based upon the job location and can be adjusted based upon experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual team members.
