Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Production Technician II to support manufacturing processes, including filling, capping, and labeling. You will inspect components, prepare for production, and document activities in GDP and SAP, while maintaining cGMP compliance and a clean work area.

Responsibilities include delivering materials, supporting equipment operation, and assisting with troubleshooting. This role requires accuracy, teamwork, and flexibility with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 0-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of quality systems, cGMP, policies, and procedures in the specialty area.
• Experience operating manual, semi-auto and automatic production machinery preferred.
• Transaction in SAP a plus.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• Team player, flexible, attentive to detail and quality minded.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, with overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support filling, capping, labeling, and material handling in compliance with cGMP.
• Deliver semi-finished goods to Warehousing and perform in-process and final inspections.
• Review schedules, assemble equipment, and stage supplies for production.
• Document activities in GDP, and complete SAP inventory/quality transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
