Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 12‑hour shifts, 4:00 am – 4:30 pm. Pay Range: $24.25 – $28.25 (40‑hour pay for 36 hours). 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 pm – 1:30 am. Pay Range: $24.25 – $28.25 plus a 10% shift differential.
The Composite Technician produces and develops composite materials, coordinates with engineers to improve designs and shop‑aids, operates machines and equipment, and develops workflow strategies. Technicians must follow engineer instructions, maintain high quality standards, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
1–3 years of work‑related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
