Job summary

Bio-Rad is seeking a Production Technician II in Portland, ME. The role involves assisting with shipping/receiving, protein purification, chromatography, cell culture, and preparation of buffers and media. You will support chemists, set up Pellicon, wash labware, and contribute to 5S activities in the lab.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) and relevant lab or shipping/receiving experience. On-site role with the Portland, Maine location.

What You Bring

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Work Experience: Any relevant experience in shipping and receiving or lab settings.

Location

This position must be based in Portland, Maine and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $18.56 to $25.58 per hour, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of the offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon the achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
