Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 years manufacturing or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic equipment such as presses, cutters, tumblers, or assembly stations.
• Handle raw materials such as steel bars, wire, or forged components.
• Perform simple forming, cutting, or finishing operations following work instructions.
• Conduct visual inspections for cracks, deformities, or surface issues.
• Assist in loading/unloading furnaces or coating processes (galvanizing, plating).
• Follow lot traceability and labeling procedures for material identification.
• Maintain safe handling practices for heavy or hot materials.
• Record basic production data such as quantities and scrap.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations (5S).
• Escalate equipment issues or defects to higher-level technicians.
