Job summary

Hillman Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Production Helper to prepare items for processing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure parts and equipment are ready, follow documented instructions, and maintain accuracy and safety standards.

Responsibilities include basic production tasks, packaging, and quality checks, with an emphasis on conserving resources and preventing waste while keeping work area clean and organized. English or Spanish instructions may be used.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for processing and ensure assigned equipment is in good working condition.

• Use knowledge to resolve basic operating problems; report other problems to supervisor.
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies to complete tasks without waste.
• Ensure quality by conducting spot checks and logging out-of-tolerance items.
• Maintain safety by keeping a clean, organized work environment and following safety policies.
