Job summary

Syngenta Seeds is seeking a hands-on general site technician at our Nebraska facility. You will perform routine maintenance, housekeeping, and stocking to keep operations running smoothly.

You will operate forklifts, support plant equipment, and uphold safety procedures while assisting with quality control and documentation. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work multiple shifts in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work multiple shifts.
• Forklift certification within 90 days.
• Able to perform manual labor tasks, such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• General site upkeep, such as maintenance, housekeeping and stocking.
• Operate forklifts to support plant operations.
• Assist with operating equipment and systems per site activities.
• Support quality control and adherence.
• Maintain compliance with site HSE protocols and employee code of conduct.
• Alert senior technicians and leadership if non-conformities occur.
