Job summary

Syngenta Seeds is seeking a site operations associate in Minnesota to operate equipment and support production activities on the line. You will drive forklifts, assist in packaging and treating, and help ensure safe, efficient daily performance.

You will maintain production records, adhere to QA/QC standards, and support maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires physical work, multi-shift availability, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to perform manual labor tasks (bending, lifting, standing).
• Ability to work multiple shifts and lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and systems in accordance with site activities.
• Drive Forklifts, operate pallet wraps, support conditioning, packaging, and treating.
• Assist in field activities such as planting, harvest, and data collection.
• Maintain production records and support data-driven decisions using SAP/SMMS/WMS.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and HSE policies.
