Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Production Technician I for the New Carlisle, IN AMG facility. The role focuses on safe, reliable operation and maintenance of production equipment, with responsibilities including rounds, sample collection, and preventive maintenance activities.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work extended hours on a 12-hour rotating schedule, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work extended hours/shift work as business needs dictate.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Not Afraid of Heights.
• Work in all Weather Conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain AMG production facilities.
• Perform operator rounds, water samples, and PMs.
• Identify maintenance needs and log in Maximo system.
