Job summary

Cargill is hiring a Production Technician I in Indiana to safely operate production and packaging equipment, following standard work instructions. You will load, weigh, package, and palletize products while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic production, packaging, weighing, and material handling equipment following standard work instructions.
• Load, unload, package, and palletize products to meet production and quality requirements.
• Monitor equipment and processes, reporting issues to leadership.
• Perform basic cleaning, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks as instructed.
