Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Production Technician I in Lebanon, PA. The role safely operates basic production and material handling equipment to manufacture and package products, following established procedures and work instructions.

You will perform routine tasks, learn production processes, and contribute to efficient daily operations while upholding quality and safety standards. Shift options include evenings with overtime and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors environments (heat, cold, dust and noise).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, twist, and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic production, packaging, weighing, and material handling equipment following standard work instructions.
• Load, unload, package, and palletize products to meet production and quality requirements.
• Monitor equipment and production processes, reporting issues or abnormalities to leadership.
• Perform basic cleaning, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks as instructed.
• Use simple computer systems or paperwork to record production and quality information.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean work environment.
• Work flexible schedules including overtime, weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts with advance notice.
