Ecolab in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Production Technician I to operate filling and packaging equipment, uphold safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This hands-on role offers training and room to grow within a team‑oriented environment.

You'll set up lines, perform AM tasks, monitor weights, and document data while supporting Kaizens and 5S initiatives. Competitive benefits start Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a plant or warehouse environment.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, process and/or filling equipment to meet production goals.
• Set up production lines and perform Autonomous Maintenance activities.
• Review filling and packaging instructions and ensure materials and PPE are available.
• Perform quality checks and monitor fill weights.
• Document quality and productivity data.
• Assist with line changeovers and wash water collection.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Participate in Kaizens and 5S initiatives to drive improvement.
• Identify and help reduce waste in systems and processes.
