Job Summary

The Microbial Solutions business of Charles River Labs in currently seeking a Production Technician for our PTS manufacturing team. This position is part of our 2nd shift team.

This position will work in a manufacturing clean room environment and perform all PTS production related activities with general supervision.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Perform all PTS production related activities.
  • Responsible for cleaning and preparation of clean rooms, stocking fill supplies, performing pre-fill potency test and preparing reusable supplies for autoclaving/depyrogenation.
  • Perform Class 100 fill operations using automated and manual equipment.
  • Responsible for printing and inspection of final PTS products and sustain general environmental upkeep.
  • Responsible for proficiency in all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in areas of responsibility.
  • Responsible for documentation as required by company policy, cGMP and FDA.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.).
  • Experience: 0 to 12 months related manufacturing experience and/or training in a GMP manufacturing environment.

Compensation

The pay range for this position starts at $19.25 per hour USD. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, job level, education, and location.
