Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical education preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and SWIs.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Willingness to travel for short-term training at other North American locations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain equipment in cable manufacturing.
• Interact with MMI and shop floor systems on a daily basis.
• Read, understand, and follow SWIs and SOPs to ensure quality.
• Complete and maintain production paperwork and daily reports.
• Enter production data and track scrap using MMI/touch screen systems.
• Perform quality checks with micrometers and related equipment.
• Train, coach, and support team members.
