The role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, the ability to work well in a team, and flexibility to work various shifts with overtime as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of production or electrical/mechanical experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment.
• Willing and able to work on any shift with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed filling, making, and packing equipment using basic hand and power tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Identify and address issues to continuously improve equipment and processes.
