Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Hands-on with hand and power tools for mechanical assembly.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• Ability to follow safety standards and procedure.
• Capable of heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Strong team communication and willingness to learn.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of machinery and equipment to support assembly tasks.
• Move raw materials and finished products using forklifts and manual handling.
• Interpret drawings and work instructions to ensure quality.
