Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a Production Team Member for Owings Mills, MD. This hands-on role supports assembly, inspection, machine operation, and continuous improvement, in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience or strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic math and measurement skills
• CNC operation, blueprint reading, and experience using calipers/micrometers are preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, inspection, and manufacturing tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Follow standardized work instructions and production procedures
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and waste reduction efforts
• Complete production documentation and reports accurately
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support team goals related to productivity, quality, and efficiency
