Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is partnering with a busy, well‑established manufacturer in Bow, NH, to recruit a motivated Production Associate. This direct hire position offers a hands-on role, day-to-day production support, and opportunities for wage increases based on performance.

The role includes shifts on 1st and 2nd schedule, with the listed pay range of $19.00–$20.00 per hour, and a 90‑day performance review.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods with frequent walking and pivoting.
• Work on hard concrete surfaces in varying temperatures.
• Pre-employment physical required.
• Forklift certification is a plus; overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in stacking, nesting, and packaging materials from production lines.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Check finished goods for quality, width, and length.
• Load raw materials onto production lines and transport materials within the facility.
• Lift, carry, and move product as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
