Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of quality for the products produced.
• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
• Effectively use hand tools and/or air tools.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Pack and store materials and products.
• Visually inspect the quality of in-coming production line materials.
• Meet daily production goals through teamwork.
• Perform all assembly-related tasks in a safe manner.
• Ensure equipment and workstations are cleaned daily.
• Support and communicate with Team Leaders.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Follow guidelines and policies established by the department.
• Read and enter data through computer systems.
• Promote a team atmosphere.
• Assist with improvement and cost reduction ideas.
• Complete check sheets and reports with accuracy.
• Comply with all safety rules and report hazards.
