Job summary

You will operate non-sewing machines, use hand tools, and handle materials while maintaining accuracy, traceability, and adherence to production schedules. Training provides setup and safety guidelines to ensure reliable output.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, safety rules, and quality standards.
• Basic counting, measuring, and documentation for production records.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual production operations such as marking, kit formation, cutting and measuring, pressing, inspecting, and related tasks.
• Operate non-sewing machines and hand tools with training; follow safety procedures.
• Review work instructions and quality requirements before starting an operation.
• Load, position, and move materials to prevent damage and ensure traceability.
• Identify defects and report issues to a supervisor; complete production records accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team leads, supervisors, and quality personnel to maintain workflow.
