Job summary

VMC Group is seeking a manufacturing associate to meet production and scheduling requirements, building products, subassemblies and final assemblies per instructions.

You will perform first article inspection, troubleshoot equipment, and adapt to moving between departments while maintaining equipment schedules. Our team offers health, dental, vision, 401K with company match, generous time off and a wellness program.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
• Experience using measuring equipment such as tape measurers and scales.
• Experience using manual manufacturing machinery a plus.
• Mathematical skills
• Patience and self confidence
• Flexible with production work and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet production and schedule requirements
• Build products, subassemblies and final assemblies
