Job summary

Miltec UV is seeking a Production Associate to join our Stevensville-based team. The role supports Shipping & Receiving, Manufacturing, and Chemistry Lab activities, ensuring safe, efficient movement of materials and smooth production flow.

You will perform various production tasks, handle basic wiring, assembly, and lab-related duties while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. A collaborative, detail-oriented teammate is ideal.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of the use of hand tools, power tools.
• Basic knowledge of shop math and measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation.
• Ability to read or learn to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and switch activities upon request.
• Must have exceptional organizational skills.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and determine the correct course of action and delivery to appropriate locations.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report any damage.
• Label, store, and organize inventory.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and complete shipping documentation.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.
