Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide Company, is hiring a Production Technician for Dayton, OH to operate and maintain equipment in air separation and related processes. You will support startups, training and leave coverage for regular technicians.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2–3 years of industrial plant experience, plus understanding of control valves and troubleshooting skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with a 12-hour rotating schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of industrial plant/cryogenic plant experience preferred.
• Understanding of control valve functions and systems used to control flows & pressures on industrial tanks
• Experience troubleshooting equipment in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control equipment in air separation, vacuum swing adsorption and carbon dioxide plants.
• Maintain plant mechanical, instrumentation and electrical devices and equipment.
• Provide support for startups, training and leave coverage for normal production technicians.
