QXO, Inc. is seeking a Production Specialist to support cutting, assembly, and handling of materials in a fast-paced production area. You will read orders, verify measurements, and ensure products are produced accurately and safely.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work with hand tools and production equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work early mornings or overtime if needed.
• Experience in manufacturing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and tools to cut, shape, and prepare materials according to specifications.
• Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and basic drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Measure, cut, and verify materials using tape measures and other tools.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the production area.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to production and inventory.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe, including end‑of‑day cleanup.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Support team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

What you'll do:

The Production Specialist supports manufacturing and production operations by assisting in the cutting, assembly, and handling of materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are produced accurately, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically active environment.

• Ability to lift and move materials (50+ lbs as required)
• Comfortability with working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Comfortability with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures
• Ability to work working indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions if necessary
• Ability to work early mornings, extended hours, or overtime if necessary
